By using the software products (“apps”) of Storyup, you consent to the Privacy Policy of Storyup and agree that we, Storyup, may process, transfer, and store your information. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using the software. We will post any modifications or changes to the Privacy Policy on the Storyup website. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, so it is advisable to review it periodically. In the event of significant changes to this Privacy Policy, an announcement will be made through the usual channels such as our website and/or social media networks. Your continued use of the software after the effective date of such changes will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

Collection of Personal Information

“Personal information” refers to information that can identify you, such as your name or email address. Storyup’s apps do not access or collect your personal information. Under specific circumstances, your personal information may appear in photos generated by our apps, but only if you have explicitly added it (for instance, by overlaying your name or email address on a photo using a text or title overlay feature in one of our apps).

Local Storage

Our apps may collect and store information locally on your device. For example, a camera app could write video files to your device’s local storage. You may be able to access and delete this information within the app or through a separate app (like Camera Roll on iOS or Google Photos).

Font Usage

Our apps use both free and paid fonts. The paid fonts are available for non-commercial use only. The use of images created with Storyup for commercial purposes is prohibited. However, use on social networking apps such as Instagram is permitted.

Sharing

Our apps may include optional photo sharing features. These functions may transfer data or information stored on your device to other apps you have installed. For example, one of our apps might send a photo to a social networking app installed on your device for the purpose of posting it on a social media network.
